My sister and I joined Athletes’ Training Center at a time when we were struggling and frustrated finding an exercise program that we enjoyed and worked. Doing the treadmill on our own was boring; other gyms made us feel uncomfortable. We started off with a month-long trial membership, and were hooked after just a session or two. The staff is great – very supportive and encouraging, no matter what your fitness level. We look forward to working out with them. The community of members is unlike anything I’ve experienced at other gyms, too. Members are friendly and introduce themselves. There’s no reason to feel intimidated or shy about asking anyone for help with an exercise. The classes are tough, absolutely, but we are well on our way to achieving our personal fitness and weight loss goals.
