2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup milled flaxseed (can replace ½ flax with protein powder)
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup dried cherries
1 tsp vanilla
⅔ cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion and drop onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. Store in an air-tight container.
