Growing up in Mokena, IL, Nathan participated in many outdoor and athletic activities but primarily focused on soccer. He played soccer competitively year-round from a young age through high school. It was here that he developed an interest in sports medicine.
Nathan completed his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Bethel University in St. Paul Minnesota and then went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. Recently, he earned his CMPT (Certified Manual Physical Therapist) certification from IMPACT (Institute of Manipulative Physiotherapy and Clinical Training). Nathan is also certified in Functional Dry Needling through Kinetacore. Nathan utilizes an individualized, functional and hands-on approach in his treatments. He has a special interest in post-concussion care.
In Nathan’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, following professional soccer, cycling and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
