Trevor grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Millard South High School. During his time in high school, he was a part of the Marching Band, being selected section for three years.
After high school, he attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln pursuing a double major in Marketing and Economics. While in Lincoln, Trevor was selected to be a member of the Cornhusker State Marching Band. After one year, he transferred to the University of Nebraska-Omaha (UNO) to pursue a career in Exercise Science.
During his education, Trevor was able to intern with UNO and Gross Catholic Strength and Conditioning. He was awarded a FUSE Grant during his undergraduate career. With this money, Trevor was able to conduct research with the student-athletes at UNO. He looked specifically at the effects of whole-body heating during a warm-up on strength, power, and flexibility.
Trevor has received the NSCA CSCS and USAW Level 1 Sports Performance certifications. He is always interested in watching people exceed goals they thought were impossible. Outside of coaching, Trevor enjoys pursuing and breaking personal weightlifting and fitness goals and spending time with his family and puppy.
