12-inch non-stick, oven safe sauté 20 inch skillet
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (choose as many that you want and will fit your sauté skillet pan)
1-2 Tbsp. Olive oil or Canola oil
Seasoning of choice i.e. Greek, barbeque, Chicago, Italian, Asian, etc…
- Pre-heat oven to 400° F degrees.
- Heat oil in the skillet on medium-high heat
- Season both sides of the chicken breast, place in hot oil. Turn temperature down to medium and cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to the oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until juices run clear. May take longer if the chicken is thicker. Slice and serve or add to your favorite soups, stews, wraps, salads, pizzas, etc… Enjoy!
